One great thing about Hobsons University is the content. Our clients – other product users like you who are interested in best practices – give the majority of the presentations. All clients are encouraged to present at the event and share their ideas and successes. These presentations are supplemented by Hobsons’ presentations on the product roadmaps, best practices and 'how to' sessions. We will feature a dedicated track on our HITS (Hobsons Integrated Technology Solution) and how you can learn about and plan for this initiative.
Additionally, if you are a newer user of Hobsons solutions or are a veteran user looking to enhance your knowledge and tips, our pre-conference sessions are a great opportunity to get hands-on training for a minimal fee.
We know you have a limited travel budget and many conference options. We work hard to keep Hobsons University affordable so our clients are able to attend – whether they are first-time attendees or returning veterans.
Our multi-year partnership with the Gaylord/Marriott allows us to lock in low rates for your hotel accommodations. We include Internet access throughout the event space and in your hotel room. We don’t provide every meal, but we help you out with breakfast, a networking lunch and a few evening events.
We do charge a minimal fee for attendance at Hobsons U. Register early to take advantage of our early bird discounts.
To limit printing and paper use, we provide online materials and communications whenever possible. We also do all conference evaluations online. We also seek to limit wasteful water bottles by providing recyclable water bottles that can be used at water stations to keep you hydrated. We appreciate your support of these efforts.

Our conference orientation (designed for any attendee but recommended for all first-time attendees) will prepare you for the conference and introduce you to other attendees.
