The conference will be held at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, the flagship property of the Gaylord Hotels family. On the banks of the Cumberland River, the hotel is just minutes from the Nashville International Airport and a short drive or riverboat cruise from downtown Nashville, where you can experience the energy and excitement of Music City! Underneath climate-controlled signature glass atriums lies an extraordinary selection of dining, shopping and recreation options. When you aren’t participating in a Hobsons University session, you will be able to enjoy the nine acres of indoor gardens, cascading waterfalls, indoor river with Delta flatboat, stylish and contemporary new restaurants, unique shopping experiences, and a 20,000-square-foot spa and fitness center. The conference rate is $189 per night and includes the resort fee. This rate applies for rooms booked by June 30th, 2014.

The Gaylord Opryland is located 10 to 15 minutes from the Nashville airport. A one-way cab is approximately $25.

Night out in Nashville:
Buses will be departing back and forth between the Gaylord Opryland and Downtown Nashville (Broadway Street), between 6pm and 12pm. The cost is $20 per person for the round trip. This does not include any admission into any venues. This is strictly transportation. (A cab is $40 - $50/Round trip.)
Evening at the Grand Ole Opry:
What began as a simple radio broadcast in 1925 is today a live-entertainment phenomenon. Dedicated to honoring country music's rich history and dynamic present, the Grand Ole Opry showcases a mix of country legends and the contemporary chart toppers who have followed in their footsteps. During any given Opry show, audiences can expect the best in country, bluegrass, comedy, gospel and more performed by Country Music Hall of Famers, The Opry's member roster reads like a who's-who of country music and includes Bill Anderson, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Vince Gill, Alan Jackson, Patty Loveless, Loretta Lynn, Martina McBride, Lorrie Morgan, Brad Paisley, Dolly Parton, Jean Shepard, Ricky Skaggs, Connie Smith, Marty Stuart, Trisha Yearwood, and many more.
This night includes tickets and transportation to the Grand Ole Opry House for $85. Depart for the Grand Ole Opry House at 6:30pm from the hotel. The show starts at 7pm and wraps up by 9:30pm.
