First-time Attendee Orientation

New to Hobsons University? Please attend our first-time attendee orientation on July 16 to learn how to get the most out of the conference. We will provide you with tips for navigating the agenda and the consultation room and give you the opportunity to meet other first-time attendees. This session is designed for all first-time attendees, regardless of what product(s) you use.

You must sign up for this session during registration.

Welcome Reception

Get ready to rock (and kick off Hobsons University) on July 16 at our “Rock Your School Spirit” welcome reception. Wear your favorite institution-branded clothing, colors or jersey, gather you colleagues and take your picture with a giant Hobsons Gibson Guitar! Drinks and light hors d’ oeuvres will be served.

Networking Lunch

Interested in meeting other product users like yourself? We’ll do the matching for you and make the introductions; the rest is up to you! The cost of lunch will be between $25 and $30. More details on this will be available in the spring.

Excellence Awards Reception

Experience the best Nashville has to offer – from whiskey experts and mouth-watering bar-b-que to a country band and saloon girls – on July 18 as we present Excellence Awards to some of Hobsons’ most innovative clients during a “Western Saloon” themed reception. Drinks and light hors d’ oeuvres will be served. Wear your country or western attire, including your boots and hats.
