The conference will be held at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee, the flagship property of the Gaylord Hotels family. Transportation Services
The Gaylord Opryland is located about 15 minutes from the Nashville Airport. A standard cab fare is $35 to $40 one-way.
Gaylord Opryland offers guests transportation via an airport shuttle, hotel shuttle and sedan service to and from the Nashville Airport. Call toll free to make a transportation request at 1-866-972-6779 or 1-866-972-6779.
Airport Shuttle
Gaylord Opryland offers daily roundtrip shuttle service from the Nashville Airport to the Hotel. Upon your arrival to the airport, you can find the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or you can use our kiosk, which is conveniently located at the welcome desk. If an agent is not available to provide assistance, you can find the Hotel's shuttle located immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.

Daily express shuttle service 11am-7pm (departs every 20 minutes). Cost is $40 per person, roundtrip fare; $30 per person, one-way fare.*
*Guests 65 and older and children under 12 receive a discounted rate of $28 for round-trip fares and $18 one-way fares per person. Children under 4 are complimentary.
Sedan & Limousine Service
The Sedan and Limousine Service provides rides for airport arrivals and departures, as well as to downtown Nashville. The airport service includes signage and a personal greeter at the airport baggage claim and assistance to the waiting car. Cost for Limousine Service is $270 round-trip and $135 one-way.
Attractions
Your stay in Nashville wouldn't be complete without visiting some of the landmarks, such as the historic Ryman Auditorium, the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Most attractions are located within several minutes of the Hotel.

Hobsons has arranged for a tour group to the Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday, July 17, from 6:30 to 9:30pm. The tickets are $79 per person (plus tax) to include transportation from the hotel to and from the Opry show. There is a minimum of 25 people required to secure this fantastic show.
